Unsolicited manuscripts are welcomed and will be considered for publication.
Manuscripts should be accompanied by a cover letter, CV, and an abstract of not more than 150 words.

Articles may be submitted electronically or via carrier service. Electronic submissions must be e-mailed to lawjourn@siu.edu. Following review, hard copy submissions will not be returned to authors unless
requested at the time of submission.  All hard-copy submissions must be sent, in duplicate, to:

SUBSCRIPTION RATE

The Southern Illinois University Law Journal is published quarterly by students of
the Southern Illinois University School of Law. The subscription rate is $30.00 per
year and $8.00 per issue. The Survey of Illinois Law issue is available for $12.00.
Back issues to vol. 3 are available for $12.50 each, and vols. 1 and 2 are available
for $15.00 each.  A bound set through vol. 15 is available for $575.00.

If a subscriber wishes to discontinue a subscription, notice should be set to the
