Law students and faculty honored at "Celebrate Women: Honoring Inclusive Excellence”

Three women from the SIU School of Law were honored today at the “Celebrate Women: Honoring Inclusive Excellence” luncheon at the SIU Student Center.

The annual event, now in its 20th year, recognizes the contributions and achievements of faculty, staff, and students at SIU Carbondale. 

Professor Sue Liemer received the University Women’s Professional Advancement Mentoring Award.

First-year student Darryl Mullally received the 2016 Joyce A. Kelly Memorial Scholarship.

Third-year student Lynn Chambers-Ketchens was honored as the 2015 recipient of the Joyce A. Kelly Memorial Scholarship.

The event is sponspored by SIU Carbondale's University Women's Professional Advancement (UWPA), along with the Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies program, and the Carbondale Branch of the American Association of University Women.
