The following are the BNA databases on bankruptcy: Print MaterialsCollier on Bankruptcy (KF1524 .C62 1996) is the foremost treatise on bankruptcy. The 23-volume set contains comprehensive analysis of statutory and procedural bankruptcy law; three volumes of forms for commercial and consumer bankruptcies; current versions of the Code, Rules, and Official Forms; the text of public laws for all major bankruptcy acts since 1978 and other selected legislation, with relevant legislative history; and bankruptcy commission reports. Collier Bankruptcy Cases, second series (KF1524 .C641) include all decisions by U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panels, and other U.S. Court cases, in which the Bankruptcy Code of 1978, provisions of title 28 of the U.S. Code relating to bankruptcy, or the Bankruptcy Rules are explained. The Codex volumes index the cases alphabetically by all named parties, by Bankruptcy Rule number, by Bankruptcy Code or other statutory provision, and by Collier on Bankruptcy paragraph number. CCH's Bankruptcy Law Reporter (KF1520 .C6 1979) includes the Bankruptcy Code, related federal and state statutes, U.S. Supreme Court's Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, official forms, and controlling decisions and rulings of federal courts, as well as detailed "CCH Explanations," analyzing the law and its application. U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panels, and other U.S. Court cases on bankruptcy are reported in West's Bankruptcy Reporter (KF 1515 .A25 W53) and indexed in West's Bankruptcy Digest (KF1517.3 .W420). Bankruptcy Service, Lawyers edition (KF1527.A2 B32) includes the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rules, and other selected statutes and rules, plus commentary and analysis. Bankruptcy Court Decisions (KF 1519 .B34) is a weekly reporting service that provides the full text of selected bankruptcy decisions of U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panels, and other U.S. Courts.
