Midwest's leading environmental legal advocacy organization,

6+ years of litigation experience for a full-time position in
our Chicago office. This attorney will principally work on major
Clean Air Act and related litigation challenging new pulverized
coal plants that would emit pollution causing global warming and
environmental health problems. ELPC will instead promote

development solutions to meet energy needs in the regional power

carbon capture and sequestration.
Organization: ELPC is the Midwest's leading public interest

Responsibilities: Key attorney leadership role in innovative and
successful environmental program activities in the Midwest. Work

activities. Participate with multidisciplinary project team
including policy advocates, business and communications

Qualifications: At least six years of litigation experience.

record and excellent writing, speaking and analytical skills.
