On Monday, May 18, 2009, the Southern Illinois University School of Law will sponsor an alumni group admission ceremony to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court to be held in Washington, DC.

 If you would like to participate in this event, please contact Elizabeth O’Neil in the alumni office at 618.453.4811 or emurphy@siu.edu.  The following must be received by March 23, 2009 in the School of Law alumni office:

· Completed application (download at http://www.supremecourtus.gov/bar/baradmissions) – please note that you are responsible for obtaining the signature of two sponsors

· $200 admission fee, payable to the “SIU School of Law” (note: your check will not be processed until April, 2009).

· Certificate of good standing, from the bar of the state in which you are admitted to practice.
