Associate Professor Mike Koehler
Associate Professor Koehler with former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey at an FCPA event. Mukasey is active in the FCPA reform movement and has cited Koehler's scholarship in his Congressional testimony and his other writings.
Professor Koehler is an internationally recognized expert on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). He is frequently consulted by media to comment on this Act that has emerged as a top legal and compliance concern for companies doing business in the global marketplace. His blog, FCPA Professor, has an international following.
In Fall, 2013, Koehler began teaching Current Developments in American Law: Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, one of the first law school courses in the nation specifically devoted to enforcement of and compliance with the statute. Read more.
