• $50 application fee
• SIU Graduate School application
• SIU School of Law MLS application
• Personal Statement to the Graduate Admissions Committee
• Official transcript from each institution attended using this form
• Two recommendations by letter or form
• Current resume
• LSAT, GRE or GMAT score
• TOEFL or IELTS score (international students only)
