• SIU School of Law LLM application
• Personal Statement to the Graduate Admissions Committee
• Official transcript from each institution attended using this form
• Two recommendations by letter or form
• Current resume
• LSAC Credential Assembly evaluation (foreign-trained lawyers only)
• TOEFL or IELTS score (foreign-trained lawyers only)
